We offer a free consultation to assess the best course of action for your estate sale needs and to make sure everything runs smoothly! If we are not able to offer you our services for an estate sale we can suggest other avenues to help you in the process.
Our experienced team professionally stages your home to emphasize the unique qualities of the estate sale. We take many photos showcasing everything the sale has to offer. We utilize an aggressive advertising approach that maximizes each sales full potential and attract interested buyers.
Our knowledgeable staff diligently values and tags every available item. You can be confident in the fact that if we are are unfamiliar with a value, we will research it or use outside sources to make accurate evaluations.
Our staff is capable of covering all areas of the home before and during the sale so you can rest assured that nothing is overlooked.
When the sale is concluded you will receive your check within 5 business days along with sales accounting, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of and focus on what matters most.
If you are in need of cleanout services at the conclusion of a sale we got you covered. Any remaining items that did not sell, will be packed up and donated to charity, the home is left broom swept and ready for the next stage in the process. We do not own a storefront or offer buyout services as this would be a conflict of interest.

I highly recommend using West Michigan Estate Sales. I was on a time crunch and they fit me in, helped me from start to finish. Extremely professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, organized, excellent photographs, advertised my estate and brought in a crew at the end to clean the house and empty the remaining items. I was 100% satisfied and think everyone needing an estate should use West Michigan. I am a professional reseller and did not have the time or employees to run an estate sale. They stepped right in handled everything and I did not have to worry for one second about my estate. You have to use this estate sale company while you have hundreds of other important things to handle. Leave your estate to these professionals. I did and never regretted my decision. Thanks again to the owners and their employees for the amazing job they do every day and every weekend.

When I contacted Linda and Ken (the owners) I really didn't know what to ask or what to expect. All I knew is I wanted it done "yesterday" They came the next day explained everything I signed up and they came out two days later and priced everything in the house in one day. THAT very weekend my estate sale went off without a hitch. We had constant traffic both days due to their aggressive advertising. Very pleased with results. What's most important to me is how thorough and more importantly their honesty! I didn't stick around for the pricing. When I arrived home they showed me about $400 worth of coins and silver they had found on some obscure Hiding place. THAT SOLD ME ON THEM FOR SURE! Would have been easy enough for those items not to be reported to me. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry!
